Located in the aptly named Syracuse Building in the heart of downtown, our Onondaga County office serves as On Point’s headquarters and the primary hub for students and families in Onondaga and western Madison counties. As our oldest and largest location, it offers the full range of educational and career programs, along with the administrative support teams that keep the organization running smoothly.
All of On Point’s services are completely free. At our Onondaga County office, prospective, current, and former students can access:
- Enrollment in the On Point program
- Comprehensive educational access and support services
- Help with educational program enrollment, applications, and financial aid
- Guided campus visits and tours to help students explore colleges and training programs
- One-on-one advising at every stage — from prospective students to current participants and program alumni
- Transportation assistance to and from campus during school breaks
- Career services, including résumé and interview guidance, paid internships, and training and networking opportunities
- Access to local workshops and special events

For school-based locations, services are available only to students and families of that school.
