Application Requirements
Education
You are at least a high school junior. You may also be a high school senior or graduate, or hold a High School Equivalency (HSE/GED, formerly TASC) certificate. Individuals currently working toward their HSE are also eligible. There is no upper age limit — adult learners are welcome.
Goals
You are attending or planning to attend a two- or four-year college, or a vocational or certificate training program.
Location
You live in Cayuga, Herkimer, Madison, Oneida, Onondaga, or Oswego Counties.
What You’ll Need to Apply

You should be ready to provide your:
- Full name
- Date of birth
- Social Security Number (SSN) (if you have one)
- Alien Registration Number (A#) (if applicable)
- Contact information (mailing address, email address, and phone number)
- High school name and status (junior, senior, graduated, or other)
- High school or equivalency credential type
- Actual or expected month and year of high school graduation or equivalency completion
- College/training program status (never attended, currently attending, or previously attended)
- Planned or actual start date (month and year) for a college, certificate, or training program
