On Point for College program helps at-risk youth

Jennifer Bennett was planning on going college. But when the Texas native found out she was pregnant a month after graduating high school, her plans quickly changed.

Bennett, 20, who now lives in Utica with her 1-year-old son, was struggling just to find a place to stay let alone plan for their future.
